I'd start thinking about what they are going to be thinking after I beat them twice. Then it's a little bit like The Princess Bride. ![]() They'd anticipate that I was going to do that move again, but then I'd give them a wrinkle to that move that would allow me to fool them again. If it did, I'd know that those guys wouldn't let me do it again, so I'd have to have a move that would look kind of like the first one. You develop a fake out, a shifty move like the receivers have for one-on-one coverage, but you have to find something that will work against two guys.ĭuring the course of the game, you'll punt anywhere from four to seven times. If you do, even the goalpost is moving as fast as you are. The basic thing is that you cannot get knocked off your feet. You start out by having a repertoire of release moves for trying to get up the field against the double team.
